Welcome to the Breathtaking & Spacious Waterview Pavilion!

The Waterview Pavilion is conveniently located just minutes
from the beach, providing couples with the
perfect setting for an "at the shore" reception.

Within the Waterview Pavilion, we have two rooms, the Grand Ballroom and our Waterview Room, to accommodate your banquet needs.

Let us host your dream wedding reception in our Grand Ballroom, which stands out among all others with its one of a kind indoor balcony. This unique balcony surrounds the upper level of the room giving guests the opportunity to mingle during cocktail hour and get a sneak peek at what is to come down below.

After cocktail hour, the excitement begins with the grand introduction of the bride and groom. Couples have two options to choose from as to how they will be introduced as the brand new Mr.& Mrs. The bride and groom can either have their guests remain upstairs on the balcony and have them overlook them as they enter below OR guests can be brought downstairs to the main level and be cheered on in to the room. Either choice helps make the level of anticipation build for the fun that is to come in the remainder of the reception.


On the main floor of the Grand Ballroom, guests are seated comfortably around the room.  No matter where a guest is sitting around the room they always have a view of what is taking place. And let us not forget how the spacious dance floor allows guests to dance the night away and enjoy an unforgettable reception. The Grand Ballroom has a seating capacity of 250 guests for a sit-down reception and 220 guests for a buffet reception.

Our Waterview Room is the perfect room for bridal showers, baby showers,
anniversaries, birthday parties, or rehearsal dinners.  Guests
can gather in an intimate setting and enjoy the view of the
beautiful Shark River Marina and it's amazing sunsets.

The Waterview Room requires a minimum of 45 Adults and can hold up to 90 guests.


The Waterview Room is also the perfect location for an indoor wedding ceremony, which can seat up to 200 guests.
